Keen Living is a green building consulting firm based in Fairhope, Alabama. We work with clients to design and verify sustainability features in construction projects. Our goal is to make buildings better by improving efficiency, resilience, comfort, and occupant health.

Summary

I’m seeking a detail-oriented problem solver to join my company as the Operations Assistant. In this role, you’ll primarily work to improve day-to-day operations. This involves administrative tasks, client engagement, and developing procedures to increase organizational efficiency. Opportunities to incorporate your unique skills and sustainability interests will also be available. 

Compensation and Benefits

• $25/hr., 20 hrs. per week
• Expected to grow to a full-time position.
• Flexible schedule, mostly remote
• Continuing Education

Primary Responsibilities

• Improve operational policies and procedures.
• Communicate with clients and project partners.
• Track projects and assist with scheduling.
• Compile and submit project deliverables.
• Maintain accurate records of project-related documents.

Minimum Qualifications

• Collaborative mindset
• Ability to improvise and adapt
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and with a team
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
