Summary

I’m seeking a detail-oriented problem solver to join my company as the Operations Assistant. In this role, you’ll primarily work to improve day-to-day operations. This involves routine administrative tasks, client engagement, and developing procedures to increase organizational efficiency. Opportunities to incorporate your unique skills and sustainable building interests will also be available.

Compensation and Benefits

• $25/hr., 20-25 hrs. per week
• Potential to grow to a full-time position.
• Flexible schedule, >80% remote

Primary Responsibilities

• Improve operational policies and procedures.
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and project partners.
• Manage calendars and schedule meetings.
• Compile and submit applications and project deliverables.
• Maintain accurate records of project-related documents.
• Billing and payment processing

Minimum Qualifications
